The greatest hope in the Christian faith
is that of eternal life. This hope is based on Jesus Christ and your
relationship with Him. Write down one of these verses to reflect on in
times of need.
Titus 1:1-2 Paul, a
servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, for the sake of the
faith of God’s elect and their knowledge of the truth, which accords
with godliness, in hope of eternal life, which God, who never
lies,promised before the ages began
Titus 3:7 so that being justified by his grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
1 Corinthians 15:19 If in Christ we have hope in this life only, we are of all people most to be pitied.
2 Corinthians 4:16-18 So
we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner
self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is
preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as
we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are
unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that
are unseen are eternal.
1 Peter 1:3
